We are delighted to welcome back Christian, who facilitated for us in 2014. Christian will share ideas about ways of integrating coaching and positive psychology within organisations in order to encourage the development of coaching cultures. Starting with a definition of the term “coaching culture”, the session will explore how we can support more people to flourish within their organisational settings. The notion of “sustained high performance “ (rather than “peak performance”) will be discussed.
