In this workshop I will share an approach to integrate peer coaching in to group training sessions, sharing my experience of doing this with groups working on development areas such as leadership, career planning and sales training. You will come away with practical ideas to try out in your own practice and with the encouragement to experiment with different ways to set up a learning space, and to work with what emerges in the room. The session includes the opportunity to take part in peer coaching trios and to explore the nature of peer coaching through reflecting on this experience. Closing with discussion to answer – what are the benefits of promoting and integrating peer coaching in to our work?
