The session will introduce you to “The Buying Cycle” and build on this to help you understand what your prospective customers may be thinking and how you can help them realise that coaching may be a good solution.

We will cover the following topics:

  • How to create successful sales habits
  • The formula for success in sales
  • Understanding the buying cycle
  • Effective questioning techniques

There will be plenty of audience participation and the chance to practice new techniques.
