One of the greatest needs we all have is to experience a sense of connection with others. Particularly as a coach, we want to connect with our clients so they are able to do the work they need to do to achieve their goals.
But what is connection? Why is connection so important to us? How do we know when we have it? How do we build it? What does connection mean as a coach? What can contribute to a sense of non-connection or even, disconnection?
Let us work through these questions with exercises and activities to help us gain some clarity on connection and strategies for when that sense of connection seems harder to achieve.
As this is the first face to face session for Coaching Connections for a long while, this seems like a timely discussion to have. We have also chosen a venue where we can connect with nature and take time out from our busy office and work environment. There will be opportunity to stay beyond the morning session to connect and network in an informal space and to enjoy connecting with the nature surrounding our meeting room.
Come prepared to connect!
Come along to enjoy the space and environment!
The session will be facilitated by Lesley Matile who is a regular presenter at Coaching Connections and a well-regarded coach in the Midlands and beyond.

Lesley established Peak Performance Coaching in 2000 following an earlier career in the Probation Service. She delivers executive coaching, coach training and coach supervision. She is accredited by the EMCC at Master Practitioner Level and accredited as a Time to Think Coach.
