This is a facilitated session where you are asked to bring along your own experiences and be prepared to share within the confidentiality of the group. Please note we will not be discussing specific supervision cases and no names will be shared or any other information that could identify individuals.
The topic will be an opportunity for us to share our experiences of coaching supervision so we can all benefit from different perspectives of supervision, which may include but not be limited to: –
- Developmental, Restorative, Qualitative aspects of supervision
- Supervision within a corporate environment
- Aspects of the 7-eye model of supervision
- Contracting
- Self-Reflection Questions for the coach
Facilitated by Irene Bayliss, founder member of Coaching Connections – Irene’s background is in coaching, training, financial services – she currently assesses coaches who are at the end of their ‘Coaching Professional’ apprenticeship qualification and in the past has provided one to one and group coaching supervision in both an individual and corporate environment.
