Real Time Coaching is team coaching in a live situation.  It’s a simultaneous focus on the group task and the interpersonal group dynamics, where the coach can provide a presence which is lacking in the system to provoke awareness and change in the team and the individuals.  It requires the coach to be a true Instrument of Change, capable of managing high emotion, conflict and honest feedback.

Kim will share the key principles of Real Time Team Coaching and two of the main interventions used in Real Time Team Coaching work and explore what it means to be a true Instrument of Change.
